What is the games event that "Indies are a platform"
After a pandemic full of delays, shifts and cancellations, industry events slowly appear again in the gaming world, and for Indie developers Water will be one that should be kept in mind. Water is a brand new event, which will take place next month at Tobacco Dock in London and present various exciting indie games, Devolver Digital, Team17 and Sega Exhibitions, and a series of lectures and panels.
In conversation with our sister side pcgamesn, as a media partner of the event, David Lilley - founder of Roucan, the producer of WASD -: "We indies a platform on which you can promote yourself and your games. What we consider is important is that Werd does this and simultaneously games the great publisher. At the event there will be games with a big budget, but they will sit next to the Indies. "
If Wedd sounds like you're a kind of congress, then we have two good news for you - it's just around the corner and there are still tickets available! The WWD will take place from 7 to 9 April in Tobacco Dock.
It promises a great event for both gaming fans as well as for emerging and current developers, with many thinking inspiring conversations and fascinating new indies highlighted as part of Weden Curios, a collection of 13 indie projects in which The developers can participate free of charge.
